Borderlands port forwarding
It seems there is some serious drama in getting the multiplayer working at the moment. As its still early, no one is really sure where the problem lies, but one possible 'weak link' is the GameSpy network. One workaround that seems to have more success, is to create a single player game, and then invite players to your game that way.
The ports that are recommended to be forwarded are (honestly, who has to forward ports for games these days?):
7777 (TCP/UDP)
28900 (TCP)
27900 (UDP)
28910 (TCP)
6500 (UDP) (GameSpy)
When Friday rolls around, let us know how your multiplayer games are working in the forum

Yeah it’s annoying but only whoever is hosting has to open/forward these ports.
